Welcome to MyLuna (the “App”), an AI companion application provided by Emmanuel Rodriguez. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyLuna mobile application.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MyLuna, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and that you accept these Terms in full. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
MyLuna offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions).
- Billing: Payment is charged to your iTunes/App Store account at the time of purchase confirmation and upon each subsequent renewal.
- Pricing & Availability: Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region and currency. We reserve the right to change pricing, subject to Apple’s policies.
- Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policies.
- Free Trials: If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
All subscription purchases are final and governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s In-App Purchase policies.
3. Use of the App and User Content
The App provides AI companion features, including chat, voice interaction, memory, journal entries, movement animations, and cosmetic customizations.
- You are solely responsible for all content you input or share through the App (“User Content”).
- You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or objectionable purpose.
